Very disappointing experience. The money transfer process was extremely slow, and the customer service was practically nonexistent. I had to wait far too long for my transfer to be processed, with little to no helpful communication or support.
When dealing with money transfers, I expect a fast process and reliable customer service. Unfortunately, this experience was far from that. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
