Worst customer service experience
I sent an interac with my personal banking account where i preferred a different name. Who ever is sitting in that customer service chair please have basic common sense of speaking to your customers. Very rude experience. Sending messages like who, why, what.
If you have any issues with the name. Just cancel and revert back the amount. So that we will use proper account as per your guidelines. But instead starting asking questions like a stupid.
