Resetting passwords for new devices
I’m so frustrated I change my device and I can’t able to access my account, you can’t retrieve your password or any link nothing, to recover my password

It could go for days when I can open the app but it wont allow me to do anything at all. When I click any button, it just shows a spinning wheel like it's loading for a minute then goes back to the home page. It's so frustrating because even the customer service doesnt know the issue.
Can’t proceed to see my accounts
The loading seems to be just continuously appearing and nothing happens! Now I can’t see anything my balances and transactions won’t appear! What happened?

Its been a week that I’m not able to transfer money. It keeps loading on. PNB whats going on. Planning to close and open another bank. PNB is not worthy.
Money transfer
Recently I am having problems transferring money from my savings account to another local account. On some Occasions I am not even able to access my account. Seems like there is a problem with the digital app since updating. Please assist.
App is slow or failing to successfuly load -just "spinning"
Ive been noticing the app has been quite slow in the recent month. If im lucky and able to log in, after tapping accounts, it just "spins" and then stop or failed to load information. I tried to logout and log back in, unload and reload app, reboot my iphone, but issues remain. I have high speed home internet 1GB, and 5G if im outside. My iphonr is new fast Pro max model. I called the other day PNB branch support, she herself doesnt know whats causing the issue. Please fix asap, this is causing me ability to access information on my financials.

Went from working to endless spins after the last update
Probably one of the worst banking apps. Every update seems to make the app more sluggish or just stops working. Now struggling to make payments because it continues to spin and never load since 5/27
Very basic & not reliable
I like the basic functions the app supports - view balance, pay bills, and transfer funds. Other than that, it doesn’t really offer much, which is disappointing for a banking app. Almost everything else a user wants to do - change contact info, view historical transactions, open an account - you still have to do in a physical banking center or have to email a form. The app is also unreliable. Sometimes it works, sometimes it just hangs. Makes it really challenging for customers who are not in the Philippines.

Needs a lot of improvement
This app always freezes and does not open for days. I am unable to access my account and do money transfers. I have done all the troubleshooting and it still doesn’t work. Very frustrating. They need to improve this to provide banking services efficiently.
No star at all
I have 150k transfer transactions and i cannot open my online account to check!!!!
Just a Work Around
Do a P/W reset then uninstall the app. Reinstall the app and login using new password. Click MORE to enable biometrics.
