It’s great when I can use it but it keeps saying I have a a over payment since June that still hasn’t been paid so I can’t use it on my terms I don’t have a over payment with the company I’m working for

It’s a very good app to have I would have gave it 5 stars but instead I did 4 only because it glitches sometimes and I also don’t think it should have better understanding of the app. But overall it helps me when I need it the most. Especially GAS

You have to pay 3.00$ and something to just get your money off, and then it only updates to like 18.00$. Ridiculous. I will NEVERRRR use this app again! 0/10!!!! Do NOT RECOMMEND!!
Login issues for 2 months and counting.
I haven’t been able to long into my account for 2months. And still not able to long in. Contacted support and they seem to not know the problem I am having. I will put my info in. It will spin 2 circles. And it will send me right back to my login screen with my email and password still on the screen.

Unreliable
When the program works, it’s great. Unfortunately, it frequently doesn’t sync with Paylocity. Poor support. We’re going on 5 days with no ETA of a fix.
Give my money back?
Won’t allow me to access daily pay records keeps prompting me to download this app complete trash. Had 90 dollars in daily pay now unable to access. I can see lawsuits happening. Company is fraudulent so. Now saying they overpaid me and probably won’t submit this review utter garbage.
2min of usefulness for every 15min
For the 2 min it works as advertised, it’s great. However, the loss of time spent trying to log in and getting denied, and then uninstalling/rebooting/reinstalling sucks. It lets me log in successfully about 1 out of 5 tries, which has dropped this last week to about 1 out of 15. Also not impressed with my employer who pimped us out to this company instead of going from bi-weekly to weekly paychecks.

Can’t accurately verify deposits
This company needs to be able differentiate different type of deposits instead of assuming each is a paycheck.
I need my money
I had vacation time my job owed me why starting a whole new pay period I earned what I had worked for which was only 3 days it was sent to me for vacation time making my check shorter than my job say yall owe me but I can’t get a head person to help me out I need my money

I used to love this app
Now when I try to get my money early the start transfer button is not responsive at all I can do anything but mess around with everything else I can’t even start a transfer
