Fix app issues!!!!
The app is really good to use, but here lately in the last few weeks it’s not been letting me log on to check everything. Just keeps saying we’re unable to process your request at this time and to try again later. I need this to get fixed ASAP…. I use this app on a daily basis.
Horrible Banking Experience….
Worst Banking Experience Ever! Not only did it take a month to get my debit card but it took 3 trines to order it . The second attempt the banker at the branch said they would waive the rush fee of $25 … not only did they still charge me they make you feel like its your fault and don't follow through what they commit to as a bank.
I had an unauthorized charge on my visa debit … its past 45 days and not a word , no temp credit no follow up nothing. Sondo yourself a favor deposit nothing with PNC . Zero Give them Zero because thats the score they get from me. $0.00

Great card
I’ve had SmartAccess for several years and it’s the only card I use. The app is easy to navigate. I don’t have to worry about fees or over drafts! It’s simple to load cash.
All the worst things about banks rolled into one
I see this up for direct deposit, I don't remember if it came early I believe it did but customer service sounded like teenagers in a garage laughing when I tried to make a dispute. They mocked me when I told them my situation and I let it go just because I knew I needed the refund for a subscription and that this card was only temporary. Customer service horse for the card is a couple hours shorter than regular account holder hours and you definitely feel like a second class customer with the card and no account attached. They canceled my card without notifying me (I assumed they would though I was always in person of it when he asked). I had funds i could not touch for as l most (if not more ocean) 2 weeks. You can't make any deposits only DD. You can't be helped at any backs (some actually try to with limited access). It's the WORST account I've ever had!

How hard is it?
Every single time the app has issues; Face ID is turned off and credentials are removed that are saved. It is beyond tiresome to have to re-enable features that I do not turn off nearly every 3 months.

I have tried to deposit money on my card through the atm and it won’t follow through with the transaction I’ve tried for 2 days and no luck

awful, can never access our accounts on mobile, it’s literally ALWAYS down or has “scheduled maintenance” that we only occasionally get warnings for going on. many other things are lacking as well, but suffice it to I’ll be moving to a new bank as soon as possible.
also, I miss BBVA, the buyout was orchestrated horribly on PNC’s end and nearly cost us an apartment we needed to get and made putting cash down on a vehicle a ridiculous obstacle. ugh.

Pls fix sign in bug
I love this app except it never remembers my Face ID log in. It use to and now I have to manually put my password in more often than I want
Good prepaid card
It’s very nice card with no fees when loading cash or taking off cash at your local PNC atm… My only issue I was trying to add my number for alerts and even when I was edit it still didn’t give me option so I just use my email.. Overall very nice and convenient card.. Thnx PNC

This app never works. 9/10 times I want to use it, it’s unavailable & I need yo try again later. PNC will advise you uninstall & reinstall the app each time that happens, so if you want to use this app, be prepared to uninstall, reinstall & set up the app each time you want to take advantage of it. It’s a pretty inefficient method, so save yourself the frustration & just don’t bother.

Incredible Banking!
So,great full for PNC BANK debit card,It’s safe and convenient. Very easy to add and withdraw money when needed. And,protection to the highest levels.
Awful -ABSOLUTELY AWFUL
Cannot use the PNC smart access card without it blocking my next transaction. I use it once and it throws me to fraud prevention. Never mind the fact that I have the ability to block it myself when something goes wrong, they just do it after each and every transaction. I am done with PNC. I get the whole “safety and security “ thing but when it starts literally interfering with my daily activities and/or bills then it’s too much of a hassle. I have a Bank of America account and a First community credit union acct and neither one goes to this extreme. They have exemplary fraud protection without it causing me any headaches.

Seems as of this is a failure to a checking account and some other payments and things I need to pay won’t recognize this SMART LOADABLE CARD. Even though it comes with routing and acct numbers.
