Extremely disappointed with PolicyBazaar's service. We applied for a health insurance policy for my parents, and they dragged the process out for two months requesting different documents. After submitting everything asked for, they ultimately declined my father’s application due to a past accident history. This service is terrible, and I will not support them. I will warn everyone I know about their poor practices and how they treat customers.

Pathetic service
Traumatised and disheartened to use the app. Raised a claim on 8th aug for my car damage. Got call back appointments and forced to download app but nobody called back to help me out or facilitate to ease my claim during my claim. Later i called them after trying several times they said that due to saturday and sunday they cudnt call.
Mr Abhishek was appointed to help me with claim but he called me after 3 days and didnt call me during my time slot. It is painful and agonising. They claim that everything thing will be taken care of within 24 hrs. But see my plight i went to service center three days and waited for their call and how to process things. And on monday they are saying claim form is rejected due to insufficient data.
Nobody is ready to take responsibility. I will not choose policy bazaar next time ever in my life. I wish i could attach pics of my appointed time slots
Also their app is worthless. The tab which gives get a immediate callback function is not working for past three days. I request team to please look into this and do the needful rather than shifting the blame on consumer and also to find out when the time slot for call was appointed then why nobody calledup. No response or Call back from RM
I am an NRI and I’ve took health insurance policy to my parents (who are in INDIA) on policy Bazar and they assigned a Relationship Manager who is always offline and even if I requested call back or scheduled call back I never got call back (note: I’ve registered with USA mobile number) if there is a issue with communication they should’ve responded on WhatsApp but they didn’t. So I asked my sister to call the policy Bazar (her number is a Indian number and secondary communication on app) and ask some questions regarding the policy but the policy bazar said you should contact through primary phone which they never answered nor did a call back and my parents are waiting to go on their regular checkup…. This is one of the worse policy app

I purchased car insurance from pb,
They will only give you scripted answers instead of actual resolution of your issue, keeping on hold for hours n hours, surveyor don’t even respond them. They will only provide apologies instead of resolution,
They’ll frustrate you at level that you’ll leave them without any resolutions and choose peace over pathetic service.
I am absolutely disgusted with the pathetic service from Policybazaar. They are nothing but aggressive sales wolves before you pay, and completely ghost you the second your money leaves your bank account.
Here is exactly why you should stay far away from them:
Zero After-Sales Support: The moment I had an actual issue with my policy issuance, their customer support vanished.
They are just commission-hungry agents who do not care about the customer at all. Save yourself the immense mental agony and buy directly from the insurance provider instead. Completely pathetic..
Better purchase from agents or directly from companies instead of these liars.
It’s been more than 65 days still waiting for my reimbursement, i came back here again for reviewing all those who’s thinking about purchasing through PB, either you chose peace or PB.
