hi. i can’t link my ticket, manually or by scanning the QR code. I was hoping i could get it to work before my tour today.

Same as everyone else said, you cannot link/add your tickets. Kinda pointless without that aspect.
Can’t add tickets
The point of getting this app was to link the mobile tickets so I wouldn’t have to search for the email. After several tries, it would not allow me to link the tickets. So I deleted the app since it did not serve its purpose.
Fix it!
Won’t allow to link ticket or scan QR code. Completely useless/broken app as-is, and apparently has been for some time

Very helpful and provides great information similar to a virtual tour guide. Digital tickets made entry easy and the map was super detailed and helpful
App crashes when viewing the learning section
App is great but when trying to view show times under the learning section the app crashes.

Helpful & Convenient
This app made my experience at the Polynesian Cultural Center so much better! Navigating the PCC was easy, I was well informed and got to plan our day according to our preferences, & it allowed me to make sure I didn’t miss out on anything! Definitely recommend utilizing this tool!
