Best example of a vibe code app by a 2 years old
Imagine opening the charger which tells you, yaaay we now have an offline mode, do you wanna try it. And you tap on yes. And then you wait 5 minutes in a “loading” screen and then it takes you to the login screen again :)))
Then it ask you to fill out a 10 page 100 question form just to be able to start the charger. And after you filled out everything and press ok, the app just happily looks at, the button flashes and does nothing.

Expensive and terrible platform. Slow charging speed and overpriced power that leaves me better off at a supercharger 100% of the time. Awful app and charge points. Garbage company.
Payment problem
This app forces you tu get a subscription before charging. It doesn’t allow you to pay with a card. Gives an error message every time even if your card has funds in it.
Simply can't pay and charge
Can we just scan the QR code and charge? Why do I need to specify how many hours / many miles to proceed to charge. Make it easier to use the app and charge
Not a mobile friendly mobile app
This is the worst app I’ve used in a while. The payment portion is not intuitive at all and because I made too many attempts, I had to wait 45 minutes before being able to attempt again. This is while I was already fairly low and picking someone up from the airport. Not sure why this app is seemingly designed for user failure.

You have to unplug it and plug it back in 40 times before it actually starts charging. This company sucks
Can’t delete account
Why have a feature to delete your account by not have it work? I sent comment in about this before but it’s still not working even after this last app update.
Confusing
The setup is confusing. Decided it wasn’t for me so wanted to delete my account, it won’t let me. The app gives the me the box to check “I want to delete my account” but nothing happens after that. No option on their website to delete an account either.
Terrible experience
I needed to charge our EV at a hotel charger at 10pm at night. I downloaded the app and then spent 10 minutes trying to get it to read the QR code, which was so bright my phone couldn’t pick it up. I finally had to go back inside the hotel and get my partner’s phone so I could light up the VERY LONG unit ID and type it in. Messed up the typing, had to do it again. 20 minutes later I got it to work. Came out at 8am and it had only added maybe 12kWh, meaning I needed to go to a fast charger anyway. What a waste of my time. I’ll never use PowerFlex again.

Horrible
This is the absolute worst charging app I have ever used. Good luck setting up an account and getting a payment method stored. I have tried three times on two separate occasions. This is the kind of bad user interface that makes EV charging a nightmare
Functional with difficult payment
Once you’re set up it’s fine, using the camera to scan a station is easy enough. The process for adding or modifying payment seems designed to try and funnel users to a subscription, changing the Pay as you Go card info took a couple of attempts, and that was after figuring out that a status indicator was also a button.

Cumbersome difficult app
App is annoying and difficult to use. Didn’t charge my vehicle despite charging me. Not a fan of this app. Hate on Elon all you want but at least his app and charging works.

Finally found one open. Had to download the app fill out the forms and then I was ready to charge. Easy Peezy.

Rubbish app
I’ve had the app downloaded from a previous charging session. As I’m attempting to charge, there is a message that the app needed to be refreshed for the most updated version. ?? FFS doesn’t this company know app development? Then, my car app shows I’m charging but the power flex app doesn’t show it. Can we say disconnect?? I’m glad I rarely use this company to charge while on the go. Just rubbish app. App development isn’t rocket science in today’s world.
