Sweet straight to the point
Easy to use
The app itself is easy, quick and simple but the fact that I even have to do this is extremely frustrating and I feel an invasion of privacy. Why do I need to show my pipes under the sink? Why do I need to show you my restrooms? Why do you need pictures of my dogs? None of this has ever been asked of me before and Iโve been a homeowner for 30 years and have dealt with several insurance companies and NEVER had to do this before.

Really a great app, they walk you through the whole process and it didnโt take long to complete. The pause option works well so you can go in and out as you get ready for the next step.
