⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent and User-Friendly Banking App

The Punjab & Sind Bank mobile banking app is very convenient and easy to use. The interface is clean and simple, making everyday banking tasks like balance check, fund transfer, and statement download quick and smooth. The app runs reliably and the security features give good confidence while doing transactions.

I especially like how fast the login process is and how clearly the account details are shown. It has made banking much more comfortable without needing to visit the branch frequently.

Overall, a very helpful and efficient banking app. Highly recommended for customers of Punjab & Sind Bank. 👍

Garbage app and service. Bc i have been trying to login into my account but keeps showing sim binding failed. Such a stupid app

Poor App

Very poor performance,unattractive interface ,it is a challenge to log in ,it doesn’t get logged-in in single attempt ,sometimes it doesn’t logged in at all and shows different different errors ,while installing again it is giving error in sending sms for mobile verification..some other PSU banks like UCO bank very attractive and user friendly app.

Convenient and Super effective

This app is like an entire bank at your disposal with almost all the services just a tap away on your phone. I have been saved a lot of hassle and bank trips because of the design and sheet amount of services provided by the bank through this app. One of the very few Bank apps that deserve appreciation!

Adding new features day by day

Undoubtedly one of the best banking App I am currently using. I have a banking relationship with almost 15 banks and using their app also but the way PSB has improved them is phenomenal. From that poor PSB Mpay app that requires 3 PIN to do a transaction to this PSB UNIC is totally remarkable. Although there is always room to improve in terms in the IT era but I am happy and satisfied with PSB Unic.

Smooth experience and multiple work possible

I have been using this app for last 2 years. The application is smoother than ever. With new products being offered, you don’t even need to visit the branch. A must have application if you are a Punjab & Sind Bank customer!

Crashes randomly

How many times will i have to uninstall and install this app? Technical errors , it says. It is frustrating that I’m a long term account holder and still cannot get the best digital services from you.

Recent upgrade needs iOS 17.0 or later but why?

Though it is tempting to be on latest and the recent upgrade which requires iOS 17.0 has blocked me to upgrade.

I have iPhone 7 and it cannot be upgraded to more than iOS 15.x version.

I see that other bank apps like PNB and ICICI works fine and doesn’t have the latest iOS 17.0 restriction.

Developers of this app should think about older iPhones and older iOS versions too.

Your upgrade is expensive for me as I cannot purchase a new iPhone at this time.

Horrendous Experience

Both the bank and its app are terrible. While attempting to transfer money through IMPS, the transaction fails most of the times citing the error "Failure: No response from CBS". On the other hand, try attempting to transfer the money through other banks like Citi / Axis, HDFC or SBI, its a success in about 99% transactions.

Money transfer is an ordeal with PSB app and you need to go to the branch to get it done. While other banks are making the most of this digital era and bringing their services to the click of a button, PSB is still living in old times in which the customer needs to visit the branch despite the existence of their app. What an irony and a wasted existence of their app.

Critical Bug!!!!!

My debit card is displaying as inactive in app. Whereas I am using my debit card everyday for both offline and online transactions. Due to this issue I am unable to make any important card related changes in app as all settings are frozen because card is showing as inactive in app. Please fix this issue asap and change my card status to active in app so that I can make the required card related changes.

Nice UI but…

I love the simple ui but im really not interested in PMSBY or paying sms alert charges, the main reason i went for this account was pure zero balance experience, i opened the account online because the branch is 50km away from my place, now after calling the CC followed by multiple email to Grievance officer of Maharashtra and mumbai im still not getting any reply.
