Gerät ist toll, App aber voller Bugs

Das Gerät ist super. Würde ich mir immer wieder zulegen, tut wirklich gut. Die App besteht nur aus Bugs. Auf mein Feedback wird wochenlang nicht reagiert. Fetter Daumen nach unten 👎

Not happy

Very limited if you’re not paying monthly. Just another way to extract money from you. You buy the geared but not enough to get the full cycles. They have you in a loop.

Charged my card without permission

Watch out. They’re constantly trying to push premium and charged my card without permission. I don’t even know how I would’ve gotten signed up for premium

*they’re saying to contact support but I obviously already tried that and was ignored

Just a tens device No “Braingasm” as advertised

Just a very expensive tens device. No “Braingasm” as advertised. Feels somewhat relaxing but not what was advertised and fries not lower blood pressure which is why I sacrificed to buy this. I regret spending so much money. It’s nothing special just slick marketing.

Watch out for subscription

The device itself is great. The app, even if you cancel within the free trial, will bill you for a premium subscription and the response to cancel the subscription is not good. I was charged this morning and all communication has been about what the premium program does, despite multiple attempts to reverse a charge that never should have happened. I would be happy to share screenshots with anyone interested of my experience.

Unnecessary App

I like the Pulsetto device, but I just want it to have an on and off switch, not have to be run through an app. There have been times the app doesn’t work so I can’t use the device. The different “stimulations” modes in the app (like sleep, stress, etc.) are literally just different amounts of time—sleep is 10 minutes, stress is 4 minutes, etc. And again, even with the app, no on/off switch or option to set your own number of minutes, which is such an artificial construct, like they’re just trying to invent a reason to justify a whole app. Even the device levels are really subjective, they totally depend on the amount of electrode gel you’re using. I don’t know why anyone would pay a whopping $99/year for a premium version of the app. A ridiculous money grab.

Won’t stay online…

So irritating - definitely does not make me feel calm with this one -
As of lately, when the app goes from my Wi-Fi to my cell service, it goes into off-line mode.
*Unfortunately, it never goes back online! Even when I hook back up to my Wi-Fi.
*There is no way to get it back online when it is in this “offline mode” state!
*When that happens, guess what my 20 minute session does it shows as not finished and gives me a zero.
* do you know how frustrating this is?
This is the exact opposite of what the Pulsetto should do.

More stress

I had problems with pulsetto taking advantage of my credit card causing me more stress I don’t even know what it is or what I paid for how the subscription was $50 a month and the device $400 and it cannot be returned I never opened the box and pulsetto forgot tooth and nail with my credit card company to keep my money!how am I ever going to trust my mind with some company that is so greedy! I never even opened the app or the box.


The developer stated I could get my money back in a public place for comment while behind the scenes they are fighting to keep my money and stress me out further they don’t care about anyone just money don’t be foolish

Great buy

A bit expensive but worth the buy .. when ever I’m stressed, overwhelmed with thoughts… this helps
Me control my anxiety,thoughts…
Its not a magic cure all its more like a tool in your arsenal.

Great for POTA

This was recommended to me by the POTS clinic at Johns Hopkins. I was highly skeptical, however, it has really helped me recover from activities that would otherwise throw me into a flare. I really wish that they would expand the pairing to other wearables. I also use the visible band to manage my illness. I think these two devices working together make a lot of sense.

Application Offline

Performed my second session of the day and when I woke up in the morning, I never received credit for the session. It looks like I need to start over at day one instead of day fourteen. Obviously the cloud servers were running some kind of maintenance. Not sure why they do not allow me to fix my session count in the app.

Really good

I love the hardware, and the app is great. I give 4 stars because you will be charged $50 a couple weeks after you receive the device if you don’t go in and unsubscribe from the premium app. You are made aware of the fact by an email created by AI and it can’t be reasoned with and it can’t tell you anything about how to unsubscribe. So - $50 lighter and a bit smarter so TOTALLY WORTH IT (sarcasm). Anyway, as for positives - it works great and the standard app (no premium) is very good at controlling the device and has all the features I need. If you need premium, the good news is you’re signed up for it from day 1. Other positives - I am sleeping better, my HRV has increased and my stress level are down. Exactly what I bought this for. So - thanks for making all this, but don’t take any more money from me.

Worst customer service

This company is full of #%#! They said they would help after being charged for a service I cancelled, but instead they stopped replying to my emails. Apple is just as bad because they go out of their way to avoid refunds to these scam apps

App is glitchy AF

How does anyone even start their first session on the app?

The tech is glitchy AF!

So I haven’t actually even tried it and may update but boy the price is premium AF for an app THIS glitchy lol.

Like if I paid 50 bucks I’d be like - yeah get what I pay for.

But one can’t charge a premium price and then deliver this service lawwwwwwwl

Lacking some standard features

The app should show the battery percentage and should have a way to specify what notifications are wanted. I finally turned off all notifications because I couldn’t find a way to specify which I wanted and didn’t. And the app support link in the App Store takes you to the sales page!

You just broke the app by removing what makes it safe!

Please bring back the buttons during a session that allow me to modify the intensity of the current / nerve stimulation. I am trying to ramp up safely to strength 5.
Also, some days I am in pain on the left side and cannot handle the current on that side. A few days ago, the settings allowed we to choose only the right side. You replaced that with a useless LED intensity option.
I will return my 6-day new Pulsetto Lite if you don’t make the app as safe as it was a few days ago.

App won’t open

App won’t open

Buggy, refuses to load and NO SUPPORT. AVOID!

I have a new iPhone 16. Latest OS and current app version. Pulsetto refuses to provide any support if you subscribe via the Apple Store. They just claim that you don’t have a verified subscription even when you email them the Apple order number and screen shots of the Apple Store Pulsetto subscription as active. Zero response. I have reinstalled the app five times and half the time it won’t even load. Total rubbish customer experience. Shame as it’s ok when it works. Will need to look for an alternative now I have wasted time and money on this.
