A bit disappointed
When I first tried Pulsetto, I was blown away! Due to chronic migraines, I needed to put the device down until I could get that sorted. Coming back after only a couple of months and the music is now behind a paywall. This was quite disheartening. at least I can pull up a track on YT and use it at the same time. However, I do feel the program is more immersive using their music tracks. Please bring the music back to the non premium level app access. This device costs a lot and having to pay so much to access basic features is a massive let down.

Complaint
This is an absolutely horrible process. You can only speak to AI on the phone and when you email them it seems like AI is responding. I think this is a scam. I am frustrated of weeks of trying to return my device that is not working. I am sick and tired of this and I’m going to make it known that this is a nightmare.

Application
Love the product however the application at times will not work and reverts to test mode with purchase option .
Login issues
Constantly logs me out every 3 weeks or so and gives no way back if you try to log in via the wrong method. Please fix. A simple back button would do. This is critical when you freaking pay wall all the features. This device is also dependency forming. We you use it for a while and then don’t use it you feel like 10 times worse then your normal baseline for a couple days so be careful.

Best product ever!
This product has stopped my arthritis pain after 2 weeks of using. It’s truly a miracle device.
Helps with disabilities
I am recovering from cushings disease which is an overproduction of cortisol that causes lots of issues. After my surgery I developed pots which is when your nervous system does not control your cardiovascular system correctly. I haven’t been able to work in a long time and I routinely wake up nauseous because of the pots. This not only helps lower my cortisol but it also helps regulate the pots and I can sit up better concentrate better and maybe I’ll be able to go back to work soon.

Too much of a hassle for me
First off it was difficult to get them unit situated correctly on my neck, then I go in one day and I am signed out and now wants me to create a whole new sign in so what happened to the information I already had. There’s no back button.

Hidden subscription
Be careful of hidden enrolments into premium subscription 1 month after activating your device. Does not matter if you reject the free trial premium offer.
Pulsetto claims “Regarding the subscription - a Premium trial is included with every purchase and outlined in the confirmation email.” Is not clearly stated in the emails. I never clicked the link for the free trial nor did I ever have access to it on the account. I only ever had access to the basic functions of the app.
The good news. I really do like the device under basic settings

Never works
I honestly have no idea why this app has such great ratings. None of the features work consistently and IMHO it’d be great if the appliance just worked without needing an app to run it.
First Time User
For the first time using this Pulsetto and Pulsetto app it’s been a very nice experience. I’m excited to see if I use it twice a day how my stress will be reduced in 14 days. I will post another review after those 14 days to let you know!
Great product
This does exactly what they say it does. It’s extremely effective. It has absolutely helped my sleep patterns. Definitely recommend this. It’s a great product.

Funktioniert sehr gut
Das Gerät ist super. Würde ich mir immer wieder zulegen, tut wirklich gut. Ich habe meine HRV deutlich steigern können.
Update: der Support hat sich gemeldet und der Bug wurde gefixed. Die App zeigt alle importierten Werte jetzt richtig an 👍.

My app keeps shutting down since the update. Can you fix this?
Don’t give them your credit card!
I was disillusioned with the device as it is pretty annoying to have to log into an app to use… especially if you wanted to use it to help in the middle of the night. I have to use both hands to keep it in place, otherwise it feels like I am having a stroke. Regardless of those points, the company has charged me for a monthly subscription that I never signed up for, never agreed to have my credit card information stored, and can’t “unsubscribe” from in the app, because it clearly shows I have no subscription. Customer service is doing nothing to help the situation, just keep trying to sign me up for the subscription.. which I do not want. Very poor experience for something that is supposed to help those of us who are already stressed!

pretty terrible
The app is terrible, the device just makes my neck hurt, and I was charged for premium subscription I didn't sign up for. I would not recommend getting this device.
Good hardware, buggy app.
Half the time the app says I’m offline despite a perfectly functional connection. My streaks reset for no reason, despite using it daily.
Watch out for expensive auto subscription
Bought device and only used the free functions (which were not many) and discovered a $67 a month charge on my card. Just using the device on the app enrolls you in a free trial whether you want it or not. Also learned you can’t opt out until free trial is over, ensuring they ding you at least once.

They keep charging my card
I ordered Pulsetto and never signed up for premium. They continue to charge my card every 3 months even though I never signed up for this and notified them many times. Do not give them your credit card!!!!
