Good but unusable
I long ago stopped using the app but they just charged my card again. I previously called the app a good try but still buggy. Now I update it to mostly scam.
Update -
I tried one more time to get into the app and realized not only is it bad for workouts, it’s also bad for my mental health- like so bad that trying to use this app made me want to self h6rm. This app will make you that crazy. Just don’t.

Update - this app’s big idea is instead of giving you options, Arnold will pick the absolute best program for you and you just simply stick to it. No choices to make, no wrong turns to slow you down. I started strong and for several weeks pushed and did it. Then I didn’t. See, the all or nothing attitude very quickly turns from ALL to NOTHING. because life is in the in between. So when I couldn’t keep up doing exactly what it said, the app no longer had anything useful to contribute. Unlike other coaches that can adjust. Very few people will be able to stick to the program as written, a more successful coaching app would adjust to your real life. — Original review: Excellent program, decent layout for tracking your workout, design is a little clunky but it works. Problem is it doesn’t calculate how much weight to lift. Which makes it pretty much useless. It’s not a complete program to just give exercises and sets and reps without saying how much to lift. You can’t execute. That said the program itself looks pretty good. But you can’t do the program without knowing how heavy the weights should be. And if the app isn’t supplying that, it’s not a true coach.

Best fitness app ever
Positive Place of the Internet
Life Changing! It works if you work it.
The fitness app that makes the difference
This app changed that.
The biggest difference isn’t just the workouts—it’s the people. The connection you build with the coaches and the community creates accountability in the most positive way. It’s genuinely one of the most supportive and encouraging corners of the internet.
The programs themselves are excellent. They’re well structured, and challenging, whether you’re just getting started or trying to reach a specific goal.
I’m currently on my third program, and for the first time in my life I’ve stayed consistent long enough to achieve a goal I’d been chasing for almost 15 years: getting visible abs by my 45th birthday.
For me, this app wasn’t just another fitness program. It gave me the consistency I’d been missing all those years. If you’re looking for a place that combines great coaching, outstanding programs, and a genuinely supportive community, I can’t recommend it enough.
AI Arnold is 💗
This app is a lifestyle changer
Highly recommend it to anyone looking for more than just another fitness app.
Brilliant
*Gift for Rookies and Experienced Lifters
The one weakness of the app is being able to modify workout lengths daily.
The understated part about this app is the community element that they keep working on building and it’s a really positive thing. It’s as close to a virtual gym community that you will get.
Customer service???
The best workout app
The programs are wells designed and you feel the weekly progress. If you like to change program every week this one’s not for you as you have to stick to one program at a time and build on your results that will leave you healthier and jacked this is 100% the right choice.
Additionally the app has an active supportive community in the application to support on workouts or generally keeping you motivated. Additionally there are daily articles and nutrition program.
Overall best fitness application I’ve used, get it!
The only fitness app you need
Great content & it works
It’s a bit rough around the edges. The videos of workouts are just filmed on a phone with bad audio & I feel like for the price I want something more polished.
The actual fundamentals work though better than any workout plan or app I have ever tried so it’s 5 stars. The community is great you feel like part of something more so than other sterile polished workout apps.
It’s more strength than cardio but there’s plenty of free cardio apps & videos out there.
