Brilliant
I love this app, it’s really simple to use and i genuinely feel better and stronger than I’ve ever been. I’ve tried many apps but this is the only one where my workouts have remained consistent as everything is so simple.

I did Pump Club for a while and really enjoyed it till I had an injury that caused me to change lifting routines. The programs can be set to experience levels and intensity.
The one weakness of the app is being able to modify workout lengths daily.
The understated part about this app is the community element that they keep working on building and it’s a really positive thing. It’s as close to a virtual gym community that you will get.

Customer service???
I joined 24 hours ago and haven’t received a code to open the App yet!! Clock is ticking and I’ve lost a whole day of the seven day trial. I have received the welcome email. I’ve tried to Resend Code too many times already. I’ve emailed Support twice, checked Spam folder every hour, and CRICKETS! I can’t even cancel without getting in the App.

The best workout app
Having been a member of gyms for the last 15 years the pump app is the only one that I’ve suck with that has shown real results.
The programs are wells designed and you feel the weekly progress. If you like to change program every week this one’s not for you as you have to stick to one program at a time and build on your results that will leave you healthier and jacked this is 100% the right choice.
Additionally the app has an active supportive community in the application to support on workouts or generally keeping you motivated. Additionally there are daily articles and nutrition program.
