Your app stinks
Everytime I try looking at anything especially order history this thing flops and falls and crashes more than LeBron James
Better products
I appreciate the convenience of purchasing power, but many of your prices are unreasonable. The selection of perfumes for women needs a serious upgrade, especially considering the high prices you charge. The men's cologne section does a great job, but the women's products require significant improvement. Please do better.

Apps recognizes me but won’t open up. And I’ve got orders on the way!!!
Not working
I loved this app mainly for travele, attractions and very expensive Christmas gifts (got my ex a watch) but NOW the app won’t open. I’m forced to go to the web which I don’t want because I’d the inconvenience. I loved the app. Yes the mark up is huge sometimes but for $20-80 a paycheck??? I spend that on food a week. Please fix the app. So I can conveniently book my trips.

BEWARE
The price markups should be criminal. I used this co. To book a flight and 1 night at an hotel. Lowest graded hotel possible is who you will stay with, as well as flight. Beware the $500 fee for booking a flight, on top of the already marked up low budget airline. I would recommend anyone use this app/company/source. If you have to use purchasing power then maybe you just don’t need it at the moment. You’ll regret it.

App issues
I really love using this app but for some reason now it won’t open. I enter my login credentials but when I push enter it just freezes and doesn’t open. I have to go and use it in the web browser. Makes me sad. Hopefully support can help by looking into the issue.
STAY AWAY
Items are overpriced. You will get an email that your account is past due even though they take the payments from your paycheck.
Cant add anything to cart
I can’t add anything to my cart and then I went online to do it and it just cancels my order saying i didn’t pay an optional down payment
Terrible prices
The prices are so inflated. There’s no way it makes sense to purchase anything off of this app/website. Why is this offered to me as a benefit it does not benefit me at all it is trying to rob my paycheck and pay double for things.
Horrible customer support
WATCH your payments! They overcharged me 3x my original allotment. I can’t wait to pay this order off and never do business with them again.
Their customer service sucks
Shopping with them and placing an order is easy to do. However , their customer service representatives are all over the place. They all say something different the times I’ve had to call . One representative says one thing another will say something else . It’s very frustrating. I called to simply ask why I keep getting asked to update my phone number which hasn’t changed since I had a phone . The representative told me two different things . First she said I have 2 different accounts because my name changed . She then said it takes years to update my information . Then she said she needs to merge the accounts . Then got an attitude when I asked for clarification because she said 2 different things.

No customer service
Why am I paying full price for shipping when I haven’t received my order on time and there’s no updates as to when I can expect to receive it?
They are terrible and they don’t check their products before they go out the door!
So I bought my daughter a bed from purchasing power. I had to put it together, fine. What’s not fine is the instructions clearly shown that there were screw holes on the bed, where the boards went. There were none. I had to drill my own. I also had to drill extra holes for more screws as I was putting it together. The workers they have for this are incompetent and pathetic! Total waste of money. I won’t be ordering from them ever again! They can’t even make sure everything is in order for the customer to assembly the product before they send it! Totally pathetic!

Ordering issues
The company overprices everything excessively. When an error is made customer service will not fix any errors on orders.
Not helpful
I signed up through my company and had registered with my phone number under my husbands account but then I moved to another state and changed my number to a local one and the number is still under my husbands account but they told me my number has to be registered to me in order to verify my account and to be able to order anything 🙄🙄😡😡
