Log in every visit
Used to be a great app and very reliable but over past 2 weeks I have to log in fresh every time I use the app. So annoying!
Buggy app
Not sure what’s happened but I noticed an app redesign - which seems nice. Recently though the app has been getting worse and worse! Constantly getting logged out, it’s extremely slow to load, especially when trying to load the gym access section. Also find loading between tabs to be slow - what has happened?!?!

App Log Out Issues
Please sort this, it is becoming increasingly difficult to actually access your gym never mind leave the place, with the app constantly logging out and taking you off to another page to resign in again! Frustrating and time consuming. It also keeps congratulating me now, when I eventually do sign in, on reaching an achievement from May, fix this please!

The app seems to be very good but it always logs me out forcing me to sign back in. It can be very annoying especially when I don’t know my pin off by heart and can’t access the building without it!
Useless
Used to work fine, but now it logs u out every time and doesn’t remember your pin so you have to start from scratch each and every time u visit the gym.
App does not work properly
App keeps logging me out, then have to start from the beginning. Is not counting correctly the times I’ve been to the gym, this is happening for few weeks already. Tried do reinstall and didn’t work. Really annoying

Since last update the app logs me out every time I use it. Frustrating.
Constant logout
Works great when logged in, but once the app has been closed in the background for a short period of time it logs you out. Logging back in is slow and keeps showing the same messages about notifications every time. Very frustrating and makes me not want to use the app at all.
Logging issue
Hi Team - recently I have observed that my app on iOS logs off and need to login every time whenever o visit gym. I tried reinstalling the app but it has not worked. Can you pls check. Thanks.
Very glitchy app, constantly logs out
App takes minutes to load, frequently decides to log me out, as I’m stood outside the overpriced gym, then takes ages to log back in. Will often then do the same on exit. Scanning the QR code doesn’t work half the time, have to enter the unnecessary only long PIN to exit. Thankfully there’s never been an emergency when there’s four people trying to leave, clearly all having the same problem.

Keeps logging me out everyday - showing ‘something went wrong’, then need to log in again and reselect all the locations. Otherwise it’s a good app
