For starters, the base app is completely free, though it rarely has ads which is completely acceptable. It is extremely easy to get started and you are able to decrease the intensity for free but increasing it costs money, although one minute per rep is a great place to start. The pushup scanner was a little hard to align at first but as long as you are facing the camera at a slight angle it should work, as it works well for me. Extremely good app

Decent but some requests
The app is really good but it should let you know when you’re running out of time before you need to do more reps for more time, and it should let you know how much time you have left just by checking the app. Still a good app though.
