Poor exchange rates
Other cards offer mid-market rates and no fees. Not this QANTAS pay card.

Not satisfied with the system not allowing me to input £ at a rate of.497 as I usually do. Had to input $Aus then change into £ at a rate of.483. What’s this all about.
Great app
Easy to used and work excellent give me a exchange rate better than any other bank. Yen is the main currency I use with AUD.
Suddenly fallen apart
Cannot log into the app despite deleting and reinstalling said app. I have also turned if my iPhone and turned phone back on, and still unable to log into Qantas Pay app.

App is terrible along with exchange rates being expensive.

Bar exchange
Advertised better exchange rates than what they actually are. Exchange rates are worse than the banks.
Qantas Money card is a dud
The Qantas money card cannot be used with some merchants. It cannot be unblocked by Qantas Money. Therefore the card is a dud for some foreign transactions.

After update Face ID logins no longer works
After the update in June Face ID logins no longer works…
Currently can’t log in
This app is generally OK but right now after using Touch to ‘sign in’ I am taken to another screen that invites me to sign either with Touch ID (which does nothing) or with my Qantas details sign on. If I select that option, the screen looks OK except there is no keyboard to enter the details. Something is wrong.

Really poor sign up experience
Qantas pay had my phone number incorrect by one digit so was unable to download the card. Required to update by emailing in a photo of me with ID (which had already been done when I signed up)
Points input
I use my QP card for all transactions including within Australia. I would expect a higher FF points earn for domestic spending (say 1 point per 2 dollars spent) as a the 1 point per 4 dollars spent is at best disappointing?
