Raenest is a scam bank app and this always happen everytime I use it. Someone sent me £30 to my account and it be same person sent me £20 again since June 25th till now and i haven’t received my money. Very poor service, data and biometric information theft
I got on the app because it was recommended to me but they don’t work with the local bank in my country and I couldn’t set up a usd account with them and I decided to delete my account, their customer support making a very ridiculous request of asking me to make a video why I need my account deleted, I’m taking down my account because of my data privacy and protection but it seems they have a fraudulent need for my personal information, tell me why clicking delete on the app doesn’t delete my account outright, if you’re not looking to steal my information and bio metric data why do you need a video recording reason why I need my account deleted. Zero stars, don’t trust them with your information or money ever

I wrote and they acted upon it I’m so impressed, it’s such a relief that I don’t have to go through all the conversion’s to transfer funds from the main account to the usd card oh all I’m simply saying is thank youuuuuuuuu!

DO NOT download or use Raenest. Unless you have patience to wait weeks for your funds. It will end in tears. Stay safe
Wouldn’t recommend at all
Normally I’ve never reviewed an app . And I’m a positive person , but this app had drawn me over the edge
When I first started using this app, everything seemed great. I enjoyed it for about three months, and then things changed.
Support was the first problem — it consistently takes 2 to 3 days to get any reply. I had an issue with my virtual card and reported it to support at least three times. Each time, it took two to three days for them to respond, and the issue was never actually resolved.
The card would work briefly: I could withdraw funds from it, but when I tried to add funds again to use for payments, it wouldn’t go through.
Today I was told my account was suspended. I asked multiple times why, and the only answer I got was a general statement about what the app is used for. I still don’t understand the actual reason for the suspension.
To make it worse, when they suspended the account, they told me to withdraw my funds from my card to my external account — but I couldn’t do that either, because of the same ongoing card issues.
In my honest experience, the app has not worked reliably for me, and I can’t recommend it based on what I’ve gone through.
It’s so painful , suspending my account when it’s due to an internal issue.

Scam alert
Don’t trust your money with this fraudulent platform, They wiped out all the money on my dollar card without leaving traces of it. they will steal your money without leaving traces on account history. When you first join the platform they use pig butchering scam strategy on you. Which means transactions will go through and build trust then all of sudden they will start stealing your money without leaving traces on transaction history. If you try contacting them they won’t respond for days and when they finally respond they start saying trash and frustrating you, then after days of back and forth they will tell you issues is resolved meanwhile they haven’t refund your money back yet so if you try contacting them back asking about the money they stole and how about refunding it back, they won’t respond back anymore. Just check their twitter comments section, the whole place is filled for people complaining about this fraudulent platform stealing peoples money and not refunding it back.

I have loved this app and the management,but recently they started treating me bad.deposit over a week has been on hold . Requesting different kyc which I have done. I pleaded if you can’t credit me, do return where it came from. Still nothing has been done.

I have been expecting a refund to my virtual card and refund hasn’t arrived for three days. Customer Support takes days to be attended to.
When I changed from Grey thinking this will be a good app to replace with but unfortunately, I prefer Grey to this app.
