DONT NOT USE THIS APP!!!!
Dont use this app these people are thieves 3 different occasions in Cartagena I’ve placed orders and the Rappi drivers will steal your food and never deliver it last night I ordered from frisby and the driver never arrived at my house but put he arrived and waited 30 mins to cancel my order and I was at fault and couldn’t receive a refund. I made a complaint with a Rappi and left countless messages evidence photos of the Rappi being far from my location and showing the Rappi not answering my messages. This app is garbage and I will never use it again. I heard DIDI food delivery is better and more professional with real drivers. I never leave reviews but I had to with Rappi. Terrible app and company

Buttons Not Working!
I keep pressing buttons and nothing happens! I can only use the search bar since button and tapping doesn’t work! Been like this for like a month.

La verdad que el servicio que tiene Rappi es totalmente desacorde a la demanda lentos, llegan drogados con los pedidos fríos. Y encima nadie se hace cargo porque no brindan soluciones
Negligent drivers
First delivery driver got my order and decided to cancel it, about an hour after another driver got my order and finally after 2.5 hours my wife got her surprise meal! But they should not let the drivers be able to cancel an order. It’s annoying and I was hungry. My food was cold and not as good. What a surprise.
