Restaurants can take your order , give you a delivery time , take your payment and then add literally hours to your delivery and rappi won’t help at all

El soporte es pésimo. He sido un gran cliente de Rappi pero ya van varias veces que no respetan los tiempos de entrega y no dejan cancelar. Llevo 2 horas esperando mi pedido y el restaurante reporta que no tienen sistema entonces no lo van a preparar. El punto es que Rappi no me deja cancelar el pedido porque solo me reembolsarían $20 MXN de un pedido de $550 JAJAJAJAJAJA

Complete mess of an app
None of the markets ever have anything in stock. How does a grocery store not have any inventory of any milk? Crazy. Fix the inventory features for the app. Or give the option to cancel the entire order when the market has nothing in stock. Why am I paying a delivery fee for one item when I will have to reorder the entire order any ways and pay two delivery fees now. What a scam and fraud.

Constant fake ads in your notifications
I got a Rappi advertisement notification for a coffee and bagel from Starbucks for $6.000~ for “coffee week” and then when I clicked on it the promo was Nowhere to be found on the Starbucks page. I checked both the regular and turbo storefront page. And then could find nothing on “coffee week” in promos or deals. Very dissatisfied with Rappi. Once you click on the notification ad it disappears. Please stop advertising deals that don’t exist, I’m considering removing my prime subscription and it’s super annoying that I can’t only have notifications on my order, instead my phone gets junked up with fake ads from Rappi.

Terrible delivery app
Truly I have grown to hate this app. I make the order correctly, and there’s always some problem, a missing item, a different order, literally anything you can imagine. What does Rappi’s customer service do? Nothing. It’s a robot that doesn’t understand any of the situation, offers you less than a dollar for whatever item wasn’t delivered, and doesn’t give you the option to contact the restaurant directly, so all in all, you lose money, time, and energy trying to fix a wrong that wasn’t your mistake. Worst customer service ever, the app is always glitching, and just pointless to have. This has genuinely motivated me to never eat out again, I cook at home already but I will never get something delivered again. More convenient? No, just another headache.

Extremely glitchy, no ease of use
Perhaps the worst food delivery app I have ever used in my life. Especially on my iPad, the display is not formatted to allow me to see the whole screen which prevents me from doing basic things like selecting options out of frame because I cannot scroll or seeing the order code for the delivery man. Sometimes it will not allow my to select menu items at all for whole days. Searches for vegetarian options often yield a whole list of meats… On the phone is also difficult, as it will not process most payment options (including both US and local credit cards).

Vibe coded slop
Rappi has been good forever, but this year, the app quality has gone severely downhill. Back buttons that don’t work, pages which render and rerender and take forever to load on a fast connection, baskets which disappear without reason, sometimes you can see two back buttons on a page but only one works.
The developers have gotten lazy. They also have no way to report any of these bugs to them, as clearly they do not care about providing a functioning app to their customers. We use your app more than you do, so why not listen to us and let us share exactly what you broke this week?

The company is full of rats who constantly try to steal money. They overcharge, steal groceries, and demand cash on credit card deliveries.
The support team works on behalf of the thieves, refusing refunds and sharing stolen goods.

I am tired of this app charging me have no problem taking my money and then giving you no solution or no option to talk to a real person. They just put you in a loop. Don't give you a credit. Don't give you a refund if it's their problem, they cause they don't offer any help. They just close the chat on you. There's no way to talk to anybody not even through a phone. You can't leave a review until support.

I'm tired of them charging me for express and then not even making it here until an hour or two later and it's not the address that's the problem. The problem is wrapping themselves if the courier has an issue they take another half hour to an hour to even get you somebody. By that time, your food is cold and disgusting. They have no problems taking my money right away, but they refuse to offer any kind of help and that's just cruel. I should go and call my bank for every single charge. They charge me for express because every single time it has never been expressed. It has always been extra late

DONT NOT USE THIS APP!!!!
Dont use this app these people are thieves 3 different occasions in Cartagena I’ve placed orders and the Rappi drivers will steal your food and never deliver it last night I ordered from frisby and the driver never arrived at my house but put he arrived and waited 30 mins to cancel my order and I was at fault and couldn’t receive a refund. I made a complaint with a Rappi and left countless messages evidence photos of the Rappi being far from my location and showing the Rappi not answering my messages. This app is garbage and I will never use it again. I heard DIDI food delivery is better and more professional with real drivers. I never leave reviews but I had to with Rappi. Terrible app and company
