The app is hardly usable. Technical manage needs to be fired wholesale. Their product is an embarrassment to the human race.
No me deja hacer pedidos
Acabo de instalar la app y no me deja hacer pedidos aunque le pongo mis datos la cual que me los solicita , mandé mensaje a soporte y claro que no responden

No options available for when the driver decides to take a massive detour route and bring us cold. McDonald’s couldn’t even get my money back.
Mentira de descuento
Te dice que hay descuentos con la suscripción pero no veo ninguno comparado con PedidosYa, de hecho el valor es bien similar sin pagar subscripcion a la competencia. Perdida de tiempo y $$$

Mi pedido NUNCA fue entregado. El repartidor no lo dejó en la recepción, pero cerró la entrega como “completada” usando el código de verificación — y Rappi me negó el reembolso basándose en ese mismo código. El sistema está diseñado así: el repartidor recibe el código por la opción de “dejar en recepción”, NO deja el pedido, y tú pierdes tu dinero. Esto no es un error, es una falla de la que se aprovechan.
Lo peor: es imposible contactar a un agente real. No hay chat, no hay teléfono, todos los botones te llevan en círculos a formularios automáticos que terminan siempre igual: “el pedido fue entregado, no hay reembolso”. El sistema perfecto para que el cliente se rinda.
Pagué con tarjeta, no recibí nada, y no me devolvieron el dinero. Voy a disputar el cargo con mi banco. No recomiendo instalar esta app: ante cualquier problema te quedas sin dinero y sin nadie con quien hablar.

The app is not secure and seems to get hacked often. My credit card number has been leaked several times through the app and Rappi doesn’t care and in fact blames the clients and doesn’t stop fraudulent transactions or investigate them.
If you have the app check your account daily and keep your card frozen until you need it. Unfreeze and then freeze again.

No hacen caso a mi reclamo
El día de ayer realicé un pedido y el app no lo había tomado , al pasar esto hice otro pedido en otra pollería .. a los minutos tenía dos pedidos en curso , ahí mismo cancelé y me cobran el total del pedido sin enviarme nada a mi domicilio .. hago mi reclamo , responden q no procede sin investigar mas ! Y no permite el app reabrir el caso , simplemente no hacen caso , soy cliente hace muchos años y es la primera vez que tengo una mala experiencia , solicito la devolución de 80.06 cobrados ayer de mi cuenta .

No ha un canal de ayuda ni reporta
Pargue un orden de flores y el repartidor me dijo que la florería se encuantraba cerrada. Cancele el pedido pero me cobró fees de servicio y, en el centro de ayuda ni hay la posibilidad de hablar con atención al cliente porque te dice que el orden está cerrada! Mala experiencia mal diseño de app nada servicio! Ya cancele mi suscripción de pro.

A ver. Las cosas llegan. Lo que sucede es que cada vez se inventan nuevas tarifas para que lleguen. Entonces, pese a que pagues un plan con ellos, si quieres que tu comida llegue sin haberse paseado 1 hora, tienes que pagar un extra y si quieres que algún repartidor tome tu pedido tienes que pagar propina. Entonces plan+extra+ extra. El tema de la propina no fuese un problema si el problema real no fuera que sus repartidores no son sus empleados pese a que es el giro del negocio (me encantaría equivocarme en esto y ver los roles y lo beneficios de ley), entonces, la carga de pasa al cliente final, quien se ve obligado a pagar sobre le pago para que le tomen el pedido y no le

No copy and paste possible
Hi, I’m very happy with your app but since the last update it is not possible anymore to paste text when communicating with the delivery person. I don’t speak Spanish so I have a few translations ready to copy and paste into the Rappi app-and this is not working anymore.

Extremely difficult to get support…shady drivers
Extremely difficult to get support. They don’t seem to vet drivers well…I’ve to deal with shady drivers who tried to con me and get my what’s app number to deliver after they claimed that the items were delivered but they still had them on several occasions. I tried to contact someone and report it but I only get an automated message saying they’ll email me but it’s been days with out a reply.

Cheaters
Order was placed at 9:01 with an estimated delivery of 9:29. When 9:29 came the delivery was changed to 9:36. When 9:36 came and the order wasn’t ready it was changed to 9:45. I tried to cancel starting at 9:36 but the app claims there’s nothing wrong with the order. Then the time was changed to 9:45. Three of the Rappis canceled pickup because the food wasn’t ready.

Beware No Support
There isn’t actually a support system - more than a few times I was charged (a lot of money) for items that never arrived, and when you try to submit a support request on the order it just ends the conversation prematurely and there is no way to reopen it. The only thing you can do is call your bank and refund the entire order instead of just a missing item because there is literally no other option.
