Read the reviews: they obviously don’t care
Just skimming the most recent reviews tells you all you need to know. The app is so sloooow you think it is locked up. Lots of nice pictures to look at, as long as you don’t actually want to DO anything. Searching is a joke. This iOS app doesn’t work on an iPhone! Trying to deposit is like pulling teeth. They ask you all kinds of details you couldn’t possibly know, about a resort/week you have already deposited multiple times in the past. Good grief. Do they do any user testing at all? Was this written and maintained by first year interns? What company doesn’t allow special characters in their passwords? Why does logging in to the app not accept a new password just set through their password reset process? Are there really NO properties on St. Thomas? I regret renewing our RCI membership. You can’t even search resorts if you don’t deposit a week first! Talk about a way to turn off members! Seems like the best way generate business would be to show what you’ve got! Nope, not RCI!

No updates in THREE YEARS? How irresponsible
It’s just remarkable how consistently bad the reviews are. Nearly 100% bad. So many that say “I’d rate zero stars if I could”. It’s just not functional at all and it’s no surprise as you haven’t updated it in 3 years? (And just 4 updates 3-4 years ago, when it was first released? How can you despise your customers so much that you would spend ZERO resources to improve the customer experience? All while increasing your fees over the same time period!?

Typical RCI application - trash!
I just got an iPad and have found all the apps I’ve installed work pretty well and are designed to take advantage of the tablet’s size. But depend on RCI to have a three year old version that is sized for a phone format. Is it me - am I missing an iPad version in the App Store. Why can’t RCI do anything right when it comes to their apps and website. They’re all terrible but this seems the most inexcusable. Fire whatever contractors/developers you have and start over!!!

How can RCI be considered a world class travel company with an app this terrible?!
Like the other people who have invested time to review this worthless app, RCI should scrap this app and the team responsible for developing and supporting it and start from scratch. The only two ways you can successfully research travel options to make travel decisions for the RCI investment we make is via a phone call (the best option, but RCI continues to reduce headcount thinking their online channels are effective… and they're not) and via a PC. All other options are mostly a waste of time and effort. A zero stars out of 5!

It keeps getting worse
This is the worst app of all the apps I have on my phone. During this week I have not been able to search for anything. It says to select a region below, and the screen is blank. There are so many other things wrong and I don’t have all night. RCI fees go up every few months so surely you can afford to hire a new IT department.
I wrote this review a long time ago but no one answers. RCI is not worth the dues and fees.
