Terrible company, terrible people

I thought I’d found a decent place to rent in CO. They increased my rent by 100% and refused any conversation. Find somewhere else.

HORRIBLE

The app is horrible, keeps redirecting me , can’t even login on browser either keeps redirecting me… this is completely unacceptable I can’t pay my bill. And what are you guys going to do? Charge me a late fee???? I CANT EVEN LOGIN ANYWHERE!!!!!! I’ve been at this for two hours now !!!!!

Hidden Contract Terms & Misleading Billing

I had a very disappointing experience. During the sales process, the team did not clearly explain the contract terms or the long-term commitment. It felt like the focus was only on getting the agreement signed, while important conditions were not properly disclosed.

The biggest issue is that once the contract is created, it becomes almost impossible to cancel—even if it was created by mistake or due to an error by the sales team. Instead of resolving genuine concerns, customers are simply told that the contract cannot be cancelled.

In my case, I requested cancellation before using the service, but the company still relied on the contract without considering the circumstances. A transparent business should clearly explain all terms before asking a customer to sign and should have a fair process to correct genuine mistakes.

I would recommend that anyone considering Regus carefully read every clause, ask for all terms in writing, and fully understand the cancellation policy before signing anything.
