Look, I get it. You need money but to use the app at all I need money. All of these apps require money and recovery has become impossible, gave me a test without cutting to the chase. You could’ve just started off with “pay us money to help you” also the app says 13 plus but that’s not an option in the age department. Videos showed kindness and a want to help but the people who are struggling and broke will just have to suffer.

Extremely helpful
I think this app is as effective as as you make it, I started with 50% or below rate of success and now I am starting to either see so much progress. I am not in the 95% success rate and really it is better than that because I have changed my goal over time. But if you don’t apply yourself to the program then you aren’t gonna see success but if you communicate and reach out to the community you create then this is an amazing resource for you and it will give you the resources to be successful.

Holistic
This app sees the whole person not just an addiction to battle. Theres emotions you can choose which helps emotional health I just wish it had a full emotion chart or feelings wheel. I tend to have alexithymia and it makes it hard to pinpoint exactly how I feel.
I like the direction this is taking me.
I just learned of Relay last night through a Christian apologist on YouTube, last night. This is just the beginning and I’m already feeling hopeful. I’ve been praying to Jesus to free me from porn. I am believing he led me to this site knowing I cannot do it on my own and I have real fear of even sharing with others at my church. So now I have others with the same struggle to talk to. I feel safer already to confess. I am trusting Jesus to use the men in Relay to “make me free indeed”
