I’ve been using this app to pay our rent for several years now. It saves the hassle of going and getting money orders and can make the payment right off of my phone.
Rent pay made easy!
This is simply a marvelous way to pay my rent. Prior to this I used to go to the bank and get a certified check and then return to the rental office and pay in person. This took up time and energy. Now from the comfort of my bed, I can pay my rent and be on time. God bless Rent Cafe.

I like the idea of being able to submit a request at the time things are happening instead of waiting to call during Office Hours. Thank you!

Keeps crashing
Idk if my device is getting too old (using iPod touch 7th gen). But it worked fine just last month but it seems to keep crashing

LOGIN MECHANISM RANDOMLY CHANGED
Worked fine when I first installed it. Didn’t even bother making me enter a password, it just texted my cell to confirm authentication because “we are no longer using passwords, this is easier!” All of a sudden without warning, it constantly forces me to enter a password I don’t ever remember creating and even after uninstalling+reinstalling and also resetting password several times, the “we are no longer using passwords, this is easier!” prompt is gone as if it never existed and I am sitting here writing this review now because I haven’t been able to access my rent portal in weeks. Figure it out software team. They pay your entire specialty 200% more than anyone else - earn it
