The worst app ever
Not sure why I should use this app. I guess this happens when you rent an apartment on a low budget.

Horrific Functionality
Not a single thing in this app works. Maintenance requests did not show up in my building’s office PC, and the phone number linked to my apartment was incorrect. The app is also slow and crashes constantly. Of course, the original website my apartment used for maintenance requests and rent payments worked perfectly, and then this app that never works has replaced it entirely. Awful.

Does not work at all
When I downloaded for the first time, it allowed me to create my account, but after logging in and each subsequent time I log in, no profile info will load. Each tab, save the “Contact” page, shows a spinning loading symbol, no matter how long I wait.
Only works for service requests
The home, account, and payments tab don’t work. They just freeze on a loading screen. Seems to work for service requests though.
