Why isn’t there an option to pay via bank transfer without a fee? It’s like you’re stuck in the 20th century.

The app seems kind of ghetto upon creating an account. Under the insurance section it's just an ad advertisement for some strange company. I've never heard of. There's no way to submit a copy of your current renters insurance or policy limits which my previous apartment complex allowed you to do. The fields that are filled out in the area for a maintenance request or maintenance issue also could be more specific or could possibly list room repair needed in. Very ghetto for what it could be.

Flawed in major way
I use it to pay rent. I set up autopay to pay the balance each month and it failed to pay and now I am receiving a late fee from my landlord. I went to check and autopay is still active but it shows I have a $0 balance and warned me that there is no payment to make. Convoluted and does not work properly.

I like using the app it’s easy to navigate. I wish you could do a partial payment, sometimes not everything is perfect and I believe a partial payment is better than no payment. (Just a thought).
Not a responsive design
App is not easily accessible through the web portal and it not designed to be responsive.
App login not working
Password did not work, went to reset it and it was saying that my reset password was also incorrect. I need to put in a maintenance request within a certain time period and am very frustrated
This app is not dependable
Every time I come to the app to pay my rent it tells me try again. Try again try again. It causes my rent to be late because days later it’s still not working you people need to fix this or take it down.

A $37 fee to use per month
On top of rent, they charge a “convenience fee” of $37 every time you pay. Who is that convenient for? Certainly not me or anyone else using the app. Never had a fee to PAY rent before. One star, the extra $400 a year is ridiculous and should be illegal to force charge customers that are already in contract. Shame.

I don’t know if the app is being worked on currently, but I can’t pay my rent because it keeps saying “something went wrong. “ Please fix soon. Thanks.
