Something Is Going Wrong
After numerous attempts, I can't access the app. The account was initially set up on a web browser while speaking with a loan officer. Later, I downloaded the app, but my password isn't registering despite trying several times.
Login changes
Stop the constant โyou need to sign inโ when face-id login is set up.

White screen prevents login to mortgage account
The app is currently unusable. When I tap to sign in, I only get a completely white screen and it never loads the login page. Iโve force-closed the app, restarted my phone, checked for updates, and reinstalled the app, but the problem still persists. Please fix this issue, because I need reliable access to my mortgage account.
