Sitter canceled last minute and Rover won’t help
I booked a sitter for my two dogs a while ago, and you have to pay upfront. The sitter canceled on me last minute my trip is in 4 days. Rover will only refund the money that will take 5-10 business days to get back. They can’t help me just get another sitter. They won’t transfer my money to someone else on their app. Why? Now I am just out of luck. I might be out a lot more money if I have to cancel my trip. Not worth the headache.

Great source of income and I get to meet great cats and dogs!
I’ve been a Rover sitter for two years now. I’m on disability so this is a great way to make a side income. I haven’t had any issues with any of the cats I’ve boarded, owners have been super friendly, the app is easy to navigate, and Rover support has always been there when I needed them. I’ve had a great experience with Rover and have recommended it to a lot of my friends looking for a side gig. I’ve also used Rover to find a dog sitter and I’ve had great experiences. Would recommend for both pet care and a side gig.

I miss cat in a flat
The interface of this app is terrible and I keep getting requests from rogue people. Feels like a set up. What a shame. Cat in a flat was great. This is a mess.
