Not up to speed

Disabled riders depend on this app, but it’s cumbersome and unreliable. It balks at loading, it doesn’t remember log-in credentials or use face recognition (a very helpful feature for many disabled users), it’s clunky to navigate when attempting to schedule a ride, and the push notifications often do not work which means a user has to constantly log in to check status. Would also be more useful if the app had a calendar integration function (“add to calendar” with .ics or similar), but when it comes to improvements, the above list is most needed. If this weren’t the only affordable mobility option in town, I would not use this app at all.

RTS Access needs work. Submit button says unable to load for return trips.

The app often does not load. I like to see when my bus is on the way.

Frustrating in my struggle to rest my password

As the congenitally deaf non- driving senior over 70 age, I am not comparable with RTS ACCESS QuickPay in RTS ACCESS Rides Requests in my concerns. Then I am fairly novice “ Tech-Savvy” nor computer- literate. It’s too complicated but bit difficult for me.

Frustrating

The app has been not working the last couple of days! I can’t log in. I live alone and need this service for grocery shopping. ESPECIALLY now that winter is coming!

Issues

App never works gives a error message or don’t load
