This app was really buggy. The audio would consistently stop on its own, and restart when you tried to play it. Some of the buttons in the app to navigate would not work. Very unimpressed, I could vibe code something better than this. Also, I was listening to it in French, and the narrator pronounced some of the words wrong.

This app should not even exist. A professional development team would have found a better way to deliver content than a bloated app.
Probably all they know and the people supervising the project knew even less.
Poorly designed so isn’t reliable and error messages just say “error”.
Developers should be ashamed but probably don’t know how to do any better.

Skandal
Die App ist wirklich das allerletzte. Die Audiowiedergabe endet ständig während eines Kapitels, eine Fortsetzung an selber Stelle ist nicht möglich. Man muss manuell zur Stelle zurückspringen. Liebe Leute - bei der Besichtigung eines Weltkulturerbes, bei dem jedes Detail geplant und durchdacht ist, ist diese App einfach nur lächerlich. Der Gaudi würde sich in seiner Krypta umdrehen wenn er von dem wüsste was ihr als Erben daraus macht!

Buggy, Just a Webview.
Hard to use, have to enter in numbers from tickets to use the app? Why pay wall for tickets I have a ticket if I’m inside. Dev tips:
- if an app is mostly a webview, it should just be a web app. Both is ok!
- hot links, app links, can make the same url the same place web, iOS, Android, then different audio clips can be qr cords

Nul nul nul
Mais qui a conçu cette application ? Après 15 minutes à remplir les informations, les tickets ne sont plus disponibles. Il faut de nouveau recommencer et là message d’erreur. Il faut appeler un numéro.

Just like the church, this app is not completed. The audio guide was constantly stopping during the segments and then restarting when I hit play. Definitely took away from the educational experience.

The app worked fine for tickets, but the audio guide experience was so bad I stopped using it. you have to keep your iphone awake while
listening. If the screen goes off your audio stops. When you start it again, it returns to the beginning of the section. You are effectively a phone zombie if you're listening. This defeats the purpose of such a beautiful space.

Downloading a whole app to visit a tourist attraction is ridiculous.
The ticket has a link to the wrong app. The download process took far too long. And the app stopped playing audio so many times that I just gave up. Super frustrating. Just invest in headphones like every other place.

Frustrating bloatware
Frustrating that in order to try and buy tickets you have to download this bloated app that actually just opens web pages and isn’t really an app. It’s slow to load and cumbersome.
And once you’ve gone through the hassle you find it’s sold out many weeks in advance.

Have a tour today. Cannot find our tickets so unable to download the audio guide. What a worthless app.
Fix audio playback
Audio is constantly interrupted if the phone screen goes to sleep. This should not happen and isn’t hard to fix. If paused in this state, the section cannot be unpaused, it must be restarted from the beginning which is frustrating
Audio Guide is glitchy
It pauses every few seconds and needs to be reset, very frustrating

Buggy App
The app could do a lot more but what it does terribly, is it randomly pauses the audio guide. Then when you press play it reverts back to the beginning of the section. Eventually I just gave up and didn’t bother listening more.
It would be great if you could change the voice and speed it up because it’s really slow. Such a bad app for 30 Euros.

Useless App & site
Can’t get tickets on the site, it gets stuck before moving to next page to enter to pay. Emailed them and they deferred me to another email but didn’t even forward it. I got a useless answer to use a gmail or Hotmail. I’m certain Gaudi is rolling in his grave as to how inefficient the technology is and how unsupportive their help desk is. Now paying a brutal $300 for 2 tickets to Viator for an hour tour. They should be ashamed!

Buying Tickets is Hard!!
My first 5 attempt were a total nightmare. I went online to search for the problem. A person said that you need to use a card with 3-D security measures. So I tried my Visa debit card. After the transaction, it takes you to a page that sends you a text message to your cell phone. I entered the temporary code, voila!! I was able to purchase the tickets!! I’m adding more stars. However, they should have an explanation to help people do it, right. I was extremely frustrated.

Terrible App
This app is no good. You purchase tickets for hundreds of Euros, you expect easy access to your tickets. This app is where we are told to go to get the tickets but none of the information provided gets us access to the tickets. Horrible app.
