Audio Guide is glitchy
It pauses every few seconds and needs to be reset, very frustrating
Buggy App
The app could do a lot more but what it does terribly, is it randomly pauses the audio guide. Then when you press play it reverts back to the beginning of the section. Eventually I just gave up and didn’t bother listening more.
It would be great if you could change the voice and speed it up because it’s really slow. Such a bad app for 30 Euros.

Useless App & site
Can’t get tickets on the site, it gets stuck before moving to next page to enter to pay. Emailed them and they deferred me to another email but didn’t even forward it. I got a useless answer to use a gmail or Hotmail. I’m certain Gaudi is rolling in his grave as to how inefficient the technology is and how unsupportive their help desk is. Now paying a brutal $300 for 2 tickets to Viator for an hour tour. They should be ashamed!

Buying Tickets is Hard!!
My first 5 attempt were a total nightmare. I went online to search for the problem. A person said that you need to use a card with 3-D security measures. So I tried my Visa debit card. After the transaction, it takes you to a page that sends you a text message to your cell phone. I entered the temporary code, voila!! I was able to purchase the tickets!! I’m adding more stars. However, they should have an explanation to help people do it, right. I was extremely frustrated.

Terrible App
This app is no good. You purchase tickets for hundreds of Euros, you expect easy access to your tickets. This app is where we are told to go to get the tickets but none of the information provided gets us access to the tickets. Horrible app.

Doesn’t remember any info, aborted with error codes multiple times. We must have entered three people’s passport info 15 times to get an error code at the end but no indication what the error was. So stressful I was in tears as have been checking every day for weeks to buy tickets.
Download audio before your tour
We didn’t have any issues with the app: just download and get everything set up before you get there and it should work fine. I bought tickets outside of the app.
“Required” app system awful
Like some other Barcelona sites they “require” you to download the app and are pushy about it. Actually you don’t need to, but they make it difficult to do stuff if you don’t.
When you do use it, the recording freezes frequently and you need to find your spot in the segment again. Not just me, my partner too.
Look, just email people a QR code for entrance. It’s not hard. Give people a handset, and tell them if they prefer they can download an app an use their own earbuds, but it should not be mandatory and it should not be harder to visit sites without the app.

They make you download the app to buy tickets, then when you buy them in the app, it opens a website. What was the point??

The audio guide is glitchy and will randomly stop and start over. Gaudi would have hated this app.
Nao consigo mudar a língua
O app baixou em alemão e não consigo mudar de jeito algum para inglês ou espanhol. Como não entendo nada em alemão, não consigo nem achar onde se trocar a língua.
Good start but needs work
I wish that per feature of the sagrada there was a photo versus “from the left” “now look to the right” it was difficult to know what the app was referring to at times.

App Crashes
The app constantly crashes when you try to open it. It doesn’t even work…
App won’t open
After reading that bugs had been fixed, I downloaded the app but it won’t open. It’s stuck on the the cover photo so basically useless unless there’s a new fix.
