Paratransit
I am trying to make sure my daughter’s Paratransit rides for tomorrow are cxed. I call hear the long explanation then get disconnected. It says use the app but the app doesn’t deal with Paratransit. I feel like I am a hamster on a wheel. Like be paratransit but hard to use.

USELESS
Cannot use he app to schedule a paratransit ride. The routing is heavily biased to the limited fixed route bus system. The pickup/drop off maybe more than a mile away, even if your profile is marked wheelchair. Rides on the the on demand service are not guaranteed, even during posted hours of operation.

Has expanded service to more of the city and makes it easier to get around, get more places, and plan my bus trip
