Won’t accept new payment methods
I saw another review on here posted 2 years ago, complaining of the same issue, and the developer replied that they have since fixed it; well, 2 years later, it is happening again, and there’s no new update. I first noticed it last month when I had a replacement card to replace one of the cards I had saved on there and when I tried to put the new card in to pay for my redi-wheels, I got the “There was an error adding your payment method. Please contact customer service for assistance” error! So I complained to customer service about it! Tried force closing and reopening the app, nothing, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing, and tried restarting my phone, nothing worked! A month later when I’m needing to take a redi-wheels ride again, and I didn’t have small cash on me, and I only had funds on one card at the moment that wasn’t already on the app, so I tried to add that card and I STILL got the same error a month later after complaining to them! And now today as I write this, I’m needing to take redi-wheels again to get to an appointment and IT’S STILL GIVING THIS ISSUE! I had to get non-payment slips from the drivers of my redi-wheels rides the other day that I just went and paid yesterday and it looks like I’m going to have to those slips AGAIN!! I think at this point, if yall going to keep doing this to us, you might as well give us riders, who don’t have small cash, free fares to compensate us! This app should be checked for bugs and updated frequently, NOT only every 2 years or when someone says something! 🙄
EDIT: I actually just saw that this app was last updated 5, FIVE, years ago, so I guess that means that they must have not PROPERLY fixed the issue when they told that they fixed the issue to the other reviewer who posted of the same problem 2 years ago! This is ridiculous!

It’s okay, it needs to be more readable
Your drivers are late often too often
For someone that has to transfer from samtrans to vta it is certainly critic that your driver are on time. Please take the time to talk with your staff

Limited Stops
Sometimes I need to take the bus to go places, since the price of gas has been going up recently. In Burlingame, there used to be a stop in front of St. Paul’s church (ECR southbound), but it was eliminated. Another eliminated stop is the one after Burlingame Avenue (ECR northbound). Since I no longer live there, this issue does not affect me.

Can’t buy ticket from the app. Please fix this.
Won’t accept payments
This app is long overdue for an update. Cant even buy tickets anymore. Had to use cash few days back due to when trying to purchase tickets it says payment error. Imputed my other card and still the same. Later delete and reinstall and still the same. So don’t know if this a server issue or the app is reaching its point on optimization issues because it’s last update was years ago.

Fix the servers
The amount of times the app will refuse to properly process my purchase has been higher than the amount of times it’s worked successfully. Please fix this. It genuinely makes me not want to use the app, or SamTrans as a whole.
Worthless if you need to see their bus routes
Where the heck are the routes? If it’s in this app you must have to be a coder to find because I don’t see it. I rarely ride the bus, but thankful it’s an option. Trying to use after my ride from the airport flaked. Trying to figure how to ride the bus again but can’t even find the routes and connections to take. Pretty much USELESS for people like me that don’t need to create and account and just need the rare ride home at an affordable rate and just need to see the bus stops for me to get home.

A Rediride review
I’m am thankful for that California has such great transportation services! I’m 73 this year, I would not know how to get to Dialysis, doctors appointments and even shopping groceries! , with out Rediride. This system has kept me being mobile and a great support to live to 100 lol.

I ride with Reddi-wheels to go to all the places I need like market, doctor, dentist, and to be able to have some what of a social life to meet people. Without Reddi-wheels I would not be able to go to any of these activities.

Three Stars Because They Changed My Bus Route
I take Paratransit and it is generally very good. Every once in awhile they are late but overall very good. I use to take the 250 bus route weekly but not so much anymore. This do to not going across El Camino and going back by 24 hr fitnes. It’s hard for me to cross Elcamino and get to the Library, the Central Park and 24 hr fitness. It really stinks they changed this.
