You’ll need a subscription for that.
In fact, if you want to do almost any modifications you’ll need a subscription.
I didn’t expect all of it to be free but only giving you one table to play with it’s essentially useless otherwise.
Just be up front and make it a paid app to download.

Thank you for your feedback. While the free version is limited to one table, the statement that almost every modification requires a subscription is inaccurate. The free version supports one event, lets you add one fully customizable table, and allows you to add up to 20 guests. You can edit guest names, notes, VIP status, tags and initials; customize the table’s name, shape, color and number of seats; and assign, move, unassign and lock guests. It also includes spreadsheet-style guest editing, CSV/TSV/XLSX and clipboard import, CSV guest-list export, and the interactive Floor Plan with dragging, rotation, zoom, grid snapping, alignment guides and adjustable room dimensions. iCloud synchronization is also available in the free version.

Great potential, needs improvement
Expanding the guest entry in the form of a spreadsheet, else linking to a spreadsheet that the user can add fields for information needed and using this spreadsheet for guest initials. I’m now doing an event for 325 attendees. Let the user add as many tables as needed, not just what fits on your grid, else allow the user to enter the room size and add tables accordingly. Contact me for more ideas of improvement.
