Constant “Unspecified Error” – Cannot Log In
This app has been completely useless for me. It doesn’t work on my iPhone and keeps showing “An unspecified error occurred” every time I try to log in. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, but the problem is still there. I also sent an email to the relevant support department and haven’t received any response. Very frustrating, especially when you need to access important government services. Please fix the app and improve customer support.

Useless Application
This application is totally useless and a waste of time in its current format. Good idea but very poorly executed by the developers. Will reject and block applications and the help line is totally ineffective in resolving as it can lock you out for multiple issues that are not readily apparent

It says “you have no claimed offers”, but I have.
It says “you have a new msg in your inbox” but I don’t.
Called helpline and automated response says they have “a higher than usual number of calls, please call back later; and it hangs up”

This app is GARBAGE. Every time I log in I have to go through the same set up process, it is so bad I have to set up a PIN and active biometrics. I would suggest however developed this app is a 14 year old. Have the developers not heard of testing the app first, or beta testing at its most rudimentary level. A fine example of government wasting taxpayer money, while preaching poverty and expecting the taxpayer to then fund their manifest failures.

Endless circular system that always leads back to the same getting started point. It’s time to give up this link and go back to login using two tiered system

Have tried repeatedly to claim this offer, including updating myID details, re installing service WA, but all I get is an error message with no explanation as to fix

Have tried at least 7 times to log in to access fuel support payment (following instructions) and it repeatedly says my id strength isn’t strong enough even though the minimum requirement is standard and mine is STRONG. If the intention is to fool people into believing the digital process is easy and frustrate them into giving up then bravo. Do Better

Government is useless, app is buggy, probably had 5 humpty engineers watching 1 engineer work to develop this. Not only that, probably had to spend 1 day writing a JHA.
Either way, the government is useless, don’t think giving a measly $100 (by the way, it’s hard earnt tax payers money) for fuel to try and shut us up is valid.

Faulty - Needs A Rebuild
This worked fine during COVID but in 2026 the app no longer works properly.
It’s a current issue that is known to ServiceWA but they appear to not have the ability to fix it.
It needs to be deleted and replaced altogether.

MyID and ServiceWA incompatible
The digital ID system simply does not work. I was able to fumble my way through the system on an iphone, my partner struggled with it for over 1 hour on android. We both eventually stumbled into an area that gave us what we needed…but no idea how it happened…absolute rubbish system for a mandatory administrative system foisted on us by a government that cares only for political donations from multinational planet destroyers

All I want is a simple way to access the $100 fuel support but you’ve made it impossible to open the link and going back and fourth to two apps for verification and no claim to start. Absolutely ridiculous and I think it’s been done on purpose so we give up and can’t claim. Especially for a measly $100 which should be $500
