Hangs every time I try to view ID card.

App Works Now!
I read the reviews and it said it didn’t work, or if it did, it took forever. Mine worked almost immediately an now I won’t have to worry about losing my ID card or anything. I haven’t had to use it yet, but I just felt I needed to say that things seem to have changed as far as the other reviews are concerned.

Takes a minute but works
The app seemed to work well for me after downloading. It took a minute after opening it initially for it to recognize my tap to type into the email bar, but seemed to work well otherwise. Can see my full policy, cards and claims submission button. Hopefully, I won’t ever need to use the claims submission button.

App doesn't allow sign in
Well based on what others are saying you already know the app doesn't work (on iOS) but you haven't fixed it. Will you be there when I'm traveling??
Worthless app
This app does little if anything.
Doesn’t work
Activation link doesn’t work so you can’t log in to the app. Redirects to a 404. Developers need to fix.
Does not pass the validation screen
App sends a link to activate access but the link resolves in error 404, I’ve tried it multiple times with no avail. You cannot resolve it, except calling phone number provided
This app simply does not work
Cannot log on to view policy documents or anything else through this app. Logon works just fine if you do it directly through a browser.
