Buggy

By far the worst boxing app I’ve used. Tracking is just awful. If I could rate it lower I would. Don’t waste your time.

Response from developer

Sorry the tracking let you down. We've just fixed two punch-recognition bugs (guard drops counted as body shots, hooks read as uppercuts) in version 1.1.6. If you can email us what you were doing, or how your phone was set up, we'll dig into it. Tracking works best with the phone propped 2–3 m away and your whole body in frame.

AI generated nonsense

Punch detection doesn’t work at all: lowering my guard detected as a body shot, a hook registers as an uppercut… techniques videos are AI generated and doesn’t show proper way to do things. Wouldn’t recommend

Response from developer

Thanks for the detailed feedback, you were right on both counts. We work with a handful of real gym coaches and Pro boxers who all give regularly praise and feedback into making the app mechanics as useful and accurate as possible. Lowering your guard was being counted as a body shot, and some hooks were being read as uppercuts. Both are fixed in version 1.1.6, now heading to the App Store. Tracking punches from a single front camera is never perfect, so if you spot anything else, email us at the support address on our page and we'll look into it. Thanks for taking the time to write this.
