About
Work through overwhelming thoughts, understand your feelings, and find a manageable next step with SiftMind’s guided CBT and ACT-informed exercises.
Start with what you are experiencing: anxiety, overthinking, low motivation, avoidance, self-criticism, confusion, or stress. Choose an exercise that fits the moment and practice at your own pace.
PRACTICAL SKILLS FOR EVERYDAY MOMENTS
Explore exercises informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles:
• Thought reflection — notice thinking patterns, consider evidence, and explore a more balanced perspective.
• Breathing and grounding — follow guided exercises to focus on your breathing and surroundings.
• Emotion labeling — put what you are feeling into words.
• Self-compassion — practice responding to yourself with greater kindness.
• Small-step planning — turn a concern into a manageable next action.
Depending on the exercise, you can check in with your feelings, add a reflection, or create a practical plan. You can pause or leave an exercise at any time.
NO SIGN-UP REQUIRED
Use the exercises without signing up or signing in. Bundled exercises work offline, so you can practice without an internet connection.
YOUR ENTRIES STAY ON YOUR DEVICE
Exercise responses, reflections, and saved plans are stored locally on your device.
If you choose to send feedback, your report and associated technical information are processed through Firebase using an anonymous account created by the app. Feedback does not automatically upload your saved exercise history.
