My first day using this was a very good experience, this app finds all of the areas you need work in and what your trying to accomplish and really makes it easy. I would recommend this app for beginners or dancers who haven’t exercised in a while like me it’s very helpful and simple yet very effective.

I can’t continue nntp day 7 because all it says here is unlock all workouts and features and the day 7 button and the continue button are no where to be seen

Second month where I attempt revisit a workout program and the app shuts down. Very disappointing as I never had any issues until about a year ago.

Amazing before update
This app was incredible before the update. Now they added warmup exercises that add 6 mins to every workout which you can’t toggle off. Workouts are now close to 30 mins…way too long
