App not working
Been on the phone to sky and on the online chat for over 15 hours over 3 day and the don’t care and the issue they said a manger would call me the next day had no call and agent would call me back the next day had no call keep say it will take 2 day to fix and not fixed there not trade on the door bells so why sell then if they can’t fix an issue brought the bell and can’t Evan set it up as app won’t work would leave 0 starts of if I could

Avoid
Probably the worst tech equipment I’ve ever used. The doorbell (even after replacement) is unreliable and frequently disconnects. Huge delay from doorbell pressed to connecting to video link, most times the person has already left! Advise strongly not to purchase this.
App doesn’t work
This is the second door bell that I have had from sky, brought at my own expense. The first one the app worked but the door bell wouldn’t pair. The second one just displays a blank page, great app and door bell if you like throwing your money down the drain. To top it off, no one at sky seems to know how to fix the issue or even care that you have purchased something from them, after sales support on this is far from what I’d expect from sky. Having been a sky customer for nearly 20 years I’d expect better. If your looking to get a video door bell, other makes like Ring are far more reliable, with clean mobile interface that actually work. Also there dealers support is far better. Avoid at all costs - unless you want to throw money away and lose storage on your iPhone due to the app not working- if that’s the case give it a go!

No more RING DOORBELL
Just changed from Ring to Sky doorbell So much easier to set up No messing around with screws

Don’t bother with it
All arrived was looking forward to having this doorbell and it all went down him as soon as I downloaded the app followed on screen demands and added id password then it said processing and came back with oops there is a problem and that is where I stayed spend 7 hours on the phone and not a single person knows what they are doing pass around to every department told it will be sorted in 72 hours and still nothing on the phone now again with no luck just going to send it back home factory like everything else with sky
