My job uses slack for everything.
Not everything can be communicated over a radio. Slack helps a lot, we can send pictures and videos so our managers can immediately understand the situation without having to give a coworker your personal information. We are also able to track projects and share ideas. If someone is out of the office you can still send them a quick msg, so when they come back they already know what’s going on. One of the best parts is because our company is global we can communicate ideas with people from different states. You’re never alone and can always reach out for advice.

I love this app, i use it for multiple workspaces, it’s a great way to contact my peers efficiently, also love all the connections through drives, calendars, etc.
