Hard to navigate
I don’t like the layout of messages. It’s hard to find things on this app. I end up missing messages as well. I don’t like that the group chats are hashtags? It’s weird
App Not Working on Phone
The app continues to not load on my phone and is not sending messages even after an update.
Overall great but could be better
It would be great if we could disable message notifications with specific keywords. The opposite to the notification based on keywords. This would be a game changer feature for productivity!

Great product with great features!
Good but expensive
Slack can be a very powerful tool, but it’s terribly expensive for a communication tool. The 90 day messaging on free plans is a major limiting factor and the cost per person is too high to justify the expense.

Chaos
Some people use “reply”, which creates a thread. Some don’t. I tell you, it’s utter chaos in these channels. Chaos. 🤦🏻♂️

I use this app only because an organization that I'm a part of uses it. I find the interface visually overwrought and borderline incomprehensible.
