Love this app!

Works really well and I found the watch can typically charge while I'm in the shower (since it's no longer charging while I'm sleeping).

Bad Edit Button Location

I was really pleased with SleepMatic app until the recently added edit button covered up the maximum heartbeat area and made it unreadable. Either the edit button needs to be repositioned or removed.

5 star review

Like being able to compare current day with past days to see any trends in my sleeping. Not needing to connect to anything when going to bed & needing to connect when I get up seems like a nice little extra. Having tried other sleep apps this one seems to give ur morning results much more quickly then past apps.

FAQ

What does Sleep Tracker ++ do?

Sleep Tracker ++ automatically monitors your sleep cycles and naps using your Apple Watch, similar to how Fitbit works. It requires no manual start or stop, allowing you to simply wear your watch to bed and wake up to insightful sleep analysis.

How does the automatic tracking work?

The app automatically detects when you fall asleep and wake up, even for naps taken during the day. You don't need to set sleep windows or manually start/stop the tracking. The app figures out your sleep periods automatically.

Can I adjust the sleep detection?

Yes, the app offers tunable detection sensitivity. If you find the detection is not accurate for your sleep patterns, you can adjust the sensitivity to better match your movement while sleeping.

What kind of sleep data can I see?

You can see details of each night's sleep, including when you get in bed, fall asleep, wake up, and get out of bed. It also shows your restless and restful periods throughout the night. You can add notes and hashtags to categorize sleeps and identify trends.

Is Sleep Tracker ++ free to use?

Based on the provided information, the app is free to use and does not have in-app purchases or ads. It also integrates with HealthKit to store your detected sleep data.
