Updated and completely broken

Since updating the app crashes shortly after launch. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still broken. I now have no visibility on my pension.

Always a problem

App never lets you update details or check your forecast for the future and say problems try again after which you can not get back to the app without out closing completely go back to the old version it was better

Great way to control your pension

I was tired of just receiving one letter every year about my pension with my previous provider. Now, with this app I’m in control of my investment 24/7 and if markets go up and down I can take the right decision where to invest my pension 😎

Log in stopped working

App is okay. Quite basic and likely using app wrappers around web pages (constantly asking for cookie acceptance). Lots of potential for it to be way better.

Since recent update, I can’t log into the app. Still works on browser. Sort please.

Uninstalled after a few minutes of usage

Installed it for the very first time ever but some of the basic functionalities didn’t even work so I’ll just stick to the website instead. When you click on the line chart showing your pension growth you get redirected to the transaction tab but it stays stuck on the loading wheel. Tried to edit beneficiaries but couldn’t even update a name nor select a title. So just gave up.

Not an app, only a link to their website

The app just opens their website via a browser embed, offering no discernable additional benefits compared with opening in the browser. In fact its more glitchy, with issues such as not being able to even type into some of the required fields.

Love the pension calculator

The best app I’ve used for understanding my pension, and I’ve used a few. Intuitive, can see my balance easily and updated every day. It’s a proper app and not a link to a webpage like some of the others I’ve used. Playing with the pension calculator makes understanding what my life might look like when I finish work, really come to life. Solid app and of course, accessing on your phone rather than a desktop is convenient.

Great app

I’ve recently downloaded the app to view my pension balance. Ease to use and find my way around it. I was drawn to the calculator, very helpful although I can’t afford to increase my contributions.
