Needs knowledgeable support on their products
Customer service sucks and the agents are not knowledgeable at all, expect to wait a long time for someone to come on the line to tell you to get the tech from your complex to work on the issue and the tech is just as clueless as the resident. For both resident and apartment management users the app and the lack of knowledge service reps on the phone

Missing online features
hoping app would operate as good as or better than the web interface, but the app is missing most online features
Not able to login
Tried many times. Registered through two email but unable to login for my rented apartment
Missing Features
I manage 6 properties with this app. It is ok, but missing features from the website (such as overriding access doors). Limited functionality compared to online is frustrating.
Brand it better
Looks like the normal smart rent app, maybe brand it differently since this is not for tenant use.
Always an issue
This app is extremely buggy and always has some sort of issue.
Glitchy and useless
This is a glitchy piece of garbage. Constant problems. works less than half the time. And the locks these things work with are a joke. These locks eat batteries like there’s no tomorrow and they constantly need reprogrammed. Unfortunately I’m stuck using this for work.
Easily manage all apartments in one app
This app has been great. We manage about 2,000 units and to be able to pull up information on the fly seamlessly makes work so much easier
terrible UX
whoever designed the user experience needs to be replaced by somebody who actually uses the app - nobody using this app would use it if they weren’t shoehorned in by their prop mgmt
Sick of it
This app does not work properly. I have to keep logging in or it says restarting the app, also it does not work with the thermostat but this is what my leasing office bought into….oh well!!!
Apple phone connecting issues
I’ve loaded this app than apply my email / pw and it will not open. Even reset my password Does this version work with Apple phones? Any suggestions would help. I like this version better.
Not working at all
The Worst app I have ever used. After trying to change my password for 15 min and it never let me signed in at all. But my apartment is using this smartrent lock. Please fix this app.
Not working on iPhone XR
Not working on IPhone XR would appreciate and insight on this. My maintenance technician same phone same problem. Works fine on my XS iPhone.
Password issue
I have changed my password numerous times but the app will not recognize my password. If I login online it works perfectly with that password.
