Arrived to this beautiful “smart” charging station underground. Naturally, it requires internet. Naturally, there’s no signal. And you must pay before plugging in, so I had to run outside several times.
Also, to check if it’s actually charging, you wait about 15 minutes for the app to update — even when tapping “Refresh.”

App needs Wireless - also where it does not exist
Totally useless as an app for vacationers - no other payment options available then this app and it needs a connection.
So deep in a parking garage with here is not network and you can try and try and try .

It’s genuinely an embarrassing for the developers to put there name on this app.
Very poor
The app is very poor quality, the charging points are often faulty and the charging speed is very slow. I do not recommend this company, very unreliable app and poorly built. Average charge speed is never more than 2kw despite the app saying the unit can handle 22kw. Avoid and use other services instead. Pre charging £30 is very frustrating too, the app fails multiple times and pre charges repeatedly. In one session I was pre charged 8 times £30!

This app offers a poor user experience and extremely unresponsive customer service. On top of that, it charges some of the highest prices in the market.
