Arrived to this beautiful “smart” charging station underground. Naturally, it requires internet. Naturally, there’s no signal. And you must pay before plugging in, so I had to run outside several times.
Also, to check if it’s actually charging, you wait about 15 minutes for the app to update — even when tapping “Refresh.”

App needs Wireless - also where it does not exist
Totally useless as an app for vacationers - no other payment options available then this app and it needs a connection.
So deep in a parking garage with here is not network and you can try and try and try .

It’s genuinely an embarrassing for the developers to put there name on this app.
Very poor
The app is very poor quality, the charging points are often faulty and the charging speed is very slow. I do not recommend this company, very unreliable app and poorly built. Average charge speed is never more than 2kw despite the app saying the unit can handle 22kw. Avoid and use other services instead. Pre charging £30 is very frustrating too, the app fails multiple times and pre charges repeatedly. In one session I was pre charged 8 times £30!

This app offers a poor user experience and extremely unresponsive customer service. On top of that, it charges some of the highest prices in the market.
Absolutely hopeless
The app experience has been incredibly frustrating. It often takes 20 or more attempts just to start a session, and even then, it’s hit or miss. The app is extremely glitchy and unreliable. Customer service is responsive but ultimately unhelpful — they can’t provide reference numbers, updates, or connect me with someone who can resolve the issue. There’s no sense of accountability or escalation process. Overall, the service has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

Installiert und Preise für unverschämt eingestuft. Wann stoppt das Kartellamt endlich diesen Wucher?! Infrastruktur plus Strom max. 40 Cent/kWh alles andere ist Abzocke. Der Youtuber Michael Schmitt hat Recht: Dieses Ladechaos mit den ganzen Karten und Apps behindert die eMobilität! Installation dieser App nicht empfehlenswert!!!

Cette application est catastrophique, on passe un temps fou à essayer de payer par CB. Impossible de l’enregistrer simplement. Les autres réseaux sont meilleurs..
Terrible experience
Went to charge car for first time, didn’t expect to get ripped off. It kept on saying that payment had failed, so tried 3 times, and later realised that it has taken my money 3 times. My the app show no record of my using it or receipts for the payments which I need as company car. I now need to figure out how to get my money back. Will not use again.

Contrairement à ce qui m’a été dit par téléphone suite aux multiples pannes des bornes à l’utilisation du badge Chargemap, ce même badge ne peut être ajouté sur l’application.

Funktioniert nicht richtig. Und wenn man den QR mit dem Handy erfolgreich gescannt hat, meldet es das nur mit Ladekarte funktioniert.
Offenbar eine Ladestation hingestellt ohne vorher zu prüfen ob Empfang besteht.
