Love Step!

I love being able to get paid early and also borrow cash when needed. Fees are reasonable and it’s just an all around reliable and convenient app to use for my paychecks!

Could be great

I really wish this app would add more features. I would like it to be more compatible with Apple Pay and I don’t like the limit on transfers. This could be my favorite card, but it isn’t because it lacks those things.

God tier app

I never write reviews, but Step genuinely deserves all the praise i can give it. I first got it when i was 15, I am now 19 with a credit score of 734 thanks to Step. Also thanks to Step, i’ve been able to invest since i got the app. Being able to have 4 years of exposure and experience investing at 19 is such a blessing. THANK YOU STEP 🫡🫡

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I’ve been a member of step as a teen. And I as grow I continue to still hold a high trust in step and steps team and the entire bank itself. I highly recommend every teen to become a member and sign up. There hasn’t been anything other than great results of being a step member.

What’s up?

I’ve used this card for years because my teenage daughter wanted it 4 years ago. Right now it’s getting declined everywhere and there’s no info on what’s going on which is concerning. Social media needs to be updated or something of there’s not going to be alerts on the app that something is going on. Doesn’t even show up at all even as declined. I’m super concerned that my money won’t even be accessible and there’s no info

Customer service

The app is great, the functions are awesome, and I like how it reports your credit. But as soon as you run into a problem where Support is needed, you’ll be waiting for hours on a text thread. They don’t even have a phone number for you to call. That ruins the whole app for me.

This app sucks incredibly bad

I tried to make a large purchase and it declined and when I contacted customer service they said nothing of use and when I asked if there was anything else I could do I got some robot tell me that my account is blocked and I can’t even take out or use my money it’s gone it’s just gone every dollar I had is this horrible wanna be bank is locked and when I try emailing or calling they either hang up or ignore me, DO NOT GET THIS APP literally Cash App is better or honestly anything keeping your money in a shoe box under your bed is better. This is the worst experience with a banking app I’ve ever had do not get this for you or your kids. do not get this app.

Just Amazing

Had this since i was 13 and now im 18 and from all of my experiences, this is such a great banking app. They are quick to solving your issues and the perks u get are pretty cool. Loveeee being able to get step black for free just cause my direct deposit amount is enough to qualify. If i were u, id absolutely get this app!

Cody and Jerod were great help to get my account updated. They got me the answers I needed quickly and made the process easy.
