New Customer—Terrible Apps
This is like the 3rd app that didn’t work for my brand new iPhone 13,and the $65 plan from Straight talk. It keeps saying an “authentication problem”. I have already been to a straight talk agent where I brought my phone and service from in Walmart. Over half of my perks are “not accessible”. I just purchased everything on March 6, 2026.
I can’t even use the cloud space. This is terrible.

1st impressions
Im writing a short review as I’m still giving myself some time to get used of the app, and I want to give ST the benefit of the doubt. First things I’ve noticed, it says all of my photos are backed up (their not) and it laggs. Extremely slow process, and it almost looks like I will have to manually upload doc’s. Idk, I’m still giving this app a shot because it’s included into my plan. Needs bug fixes ASAP.

Uploads like 20 pics no vids no documents nothing!

It says that I’m not eligible when I have a new phone. It won’t let me sign in. Then when I try to sign in another way, it errors every time. Just a ways of my 100 gigs every month that I have never seen
