Terrible
This is a terrible app. I downloaded on my 2 iPhones , had 1200 contacts and all other things will transfer EXCEPT contacts! What is the point of this? It said 0 contacts available???! Waste of my time. I tried google, Verizon, Apple cloud, no transfer apps worked. Finally downloaded an app with 3 day trial, worked in like 30 seconds!!! It was called “file transfer “

i purchased the 35 dollar sim activation kit, was told i could keep my old phone number. i’ve spent hours going in circles with the “support team” and still i have absolutely no service to my phone. multiple employees have just hung up on me when they don’t know what to do. the last person i spoke to tried getting my card details to bill me over the phone, when i already bought the plan. complete waste of time and money i would rate 0 stars if i could

Sad day for straight talkTreated me poorly very bad knowledge of helping you get your phone transferred over, I am so over this, They overcharge my auto refill bill and will not fix it
Will never use Straight Talk again, it’s been a nightmare.
They make porting from this company impossible. Do yourself a favor and go with a reputable company.
