App doesn’t work

I used to use this app all the time, now whenever I try uploading a video into it the entire app freezes up and closes - paid for a year and can’t even use it

Free trial payment taken wrong

I got this app to use for a school project. I was offered a free 3 day trial. After using the free trial, I did not intend to use the app. However the money was already taken out of my account before I could even cancel the trial. I contacted your support and received no reply. The money is still taken out of my account.
