Cannot get result
Very frustrated at continued error messages that”system is down”. Cannot create a new account to receive results. This resulted in numerous phone calls to “chase down” results of tests.
Randomly disappearing test results
Receiving notifications that my test results are ready, but the test result section in the app is empty. After trying to wait, restarting app multiple times they appeared, was able to check only one of them before they disappeared again. This is an unacceptable bug for a patient portal application.
Ugh fix the bugs
I can’t even sign in to my chart to see my results like what’s the whole purpose of the app if it doesn’t work at all what a waste!!! This app doesn’t work at all
Don’t use this urgent care if you want to receive results
For the third time I used CityMD. They will only guarantee delivering test results through the app, but the app, over the period of the past three years, does not work. The technical support team takes a message and never returns with help. I am seeing if I can achieve any change with this place through the health department or the Americans with Disabilities Act. Go someplace else.

Signing in
It has been given me trouble signing in the app, I deleted it off my phone. It’s better to visit a CityMD place instead of going through all the hassle of signing in.
